Microteam Limited have now launched a new service designed to instill confidence in organisations that redundant data has been securely eradicated.
Our mobile data destruction unit can be booked to attend your site at a time convenient to you and you can observe the hard drives and other media being shredded.
The specially fitted out vehicle is totally self sufficient and does not rely on any connection to your power source. Our trained operatives who have been screened prior to employment will transfer the media to the vehicle where all serial numbers and device type are scanned into our database. On completion you will receive a Certificate of Destruction detailing the serial numbers of each device and date and place of destruction.
The debris is then forwarded to our recycling partners for fully WEEE compliant recycling.
Microteam Limited can also provide secure lockable enclosures to be used for storing vulnerable media. These secure enclosures can then be transferred directly to the vehicle and opened once inside.
